Items can be exchanged for store credit if merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED.
All sale items, CUSTOM MADE garments, hair accessories, and undergarments are FINAL SALE, therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable..

For items being returned to Tasha's Closet we recommend UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. In the case that your return package is lost, Tasha's Closet can not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of the lost merchandise.
For exchanged merchandise we ask that you either include a pre-paid stamped envelope OR we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping for the exchanged item. All shipping is paid by the customer.
